Owner vs Employee – Learning from “ Rich Dad Poor Dad ”

One of my  Mentor and friend always insisted me to read motivational books and advised to do some thing extra in life. He was of the opinion and view  that

If you want extra time or money  tomorrow then invest today and work for it.

He suggested me to read a book titled – Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki  . I read the book which gave me an understating of liabilities and assets and also what Rich & Poor    

        

people teaches their kids .

Poor people always ask their children to study sincerely , get good marks, and you will get good employment .

Rich people insist their children to just get the education and learn to do some business and become your own boss.

In other ward Rich teaches their children  to become owner and Poor teaches their children to become employee.

Book also tells about  either you learn to get work from money or work for money choice is yours .

For Rich people their money works  so that they get freedom in life and never retired.

Poor people works  for money so that they are always busy  and retired at the age  of 60 and remain poor rest of life.

 I thank  my friend who gave me this advise well in advance of my service career, so that i could think and plan my retirement properly and live a peaceful and happy life. I am a free lance motivational trainer and coach work for people based on my Experience & learning  at early ages.   

Learning – Having knowledge only not going to serve any purpose, until or unless you implement the same in life. We need to take some bold steps and  calculated risk in life to get financial freedom. In Today’s world of high tech communication era lots of opportunities and support available for average people to turn their life the way they want and become financially free and work as per his/her choice in life.
