Now a days terminology used by all of us for housewives in any occasion or official information sharing on applications or else where is  “ HOME MAKER ” . A house wife is looked by many as:

1.      Grah Lakshmi ( Home Finance Manager )

2.      Manager at Home

3.      Life Partner etc...

4.      Home Maker

These positions are created based on individual experiences. Most of the actions/activities exercised by house wives for making home a sustainable place for survival are practiced in Corporate world for running their businesses

1.   Management of Finance – A Home Maker is a  best Finance Manager, who manages the finances beyond expectations. Fund Management, Expenses, investment, contingencies etc ..

2.     Management of People  – A Home Maker is a best People Manager managing all relations so well with a least conflict. Looks after well being of all members, their growth, health, happiness , best utilisation etc ....

3.    Management of Material – Best Material Manager – Managing all house hold so well that , there is no access of material nor shortages. No stock out situation nor excess inventory. All best practices of Materials Management are well used by them without any specific course or training . she manages naturally. No blockage of working capital. Assets are well maintained and used.  

4.      Management of systems and procedure – She make systems and  procedures for all members of family and every one follows them naturally. There is a audit, and corrective actions time to time .

5.    Sustainability – This is a new concept in corporate world, but home it is practiced by house wives since inception. They ensure the sustainability of family  

6.      CSR – She take care of this aspect as well. Best neighbour hood relations, taking care of charity wherever necessary , taking care of environment, safety at home and outside etc
