Importance of Vision, Mission & Values ...................


Based on need , Organisation engaged people and expect them to fulfil those needs and deliver the results as per expectation. Apart from economic benefits, every organisation have some purpose and responsibility towards society. Success depends upon the organisation motive and purpose. 

For every success there are people who runs the organisation irrespective of power and positions. Each positions are defined and responsibilities are fixed depending upon the competence. 

To integrate the efforts organisation set vision , mission and values which drives the organisation. It is responsibility of employees to understand them and integrate  them to his personal vision, mission and values.

Most of the people confined themselves to job description , duty hours and expectations only and not aware of Organisation purpose, vision, mission and values. This creates an unseen gap in the organisation and affects the progress and image of the organisation. Success of organisation is success of those who are associated with the organisation.

      2.      Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants
      3.      Society
      4.      Investors

Vision – is the mind of the organisation which gives objectives and purpose and direction

Mission – is the heart of the organisation which drives it to achieves those objectives and purposes

Values – are the soul of the organisation which keep alive the vision/mission and create confidence among above stake holders.

Organisation success depends how strongly values are demonstrated in their operation in reality by people associated.

Stronger is the integration stronger is the organisation image
