Integration of Body,Mind & Spirit ..............


                                                     

Step by step process of  sustainable development of Body/Mind/Spirit system
1.      Learning – It start immediately after birth. God given mechanism of learning or  our sense organs – eye/nose/ear/taste/touch and skill organs to act or perform our action are mortar organs – hand/leg/vocal cord/genital/extract . There is no structure for learning. We learn naturally as per our wish and desire from environment and associates and enhance our Knowledge, develop our Skills and Attitudes throughout our life.
2.   Education – At the age 3 yrs onwards our education – a structured learning starts in School or Institution based on course curriculum. Step by step we develop our Knowledge/Skills and Attitudes. Within a time span of  12 – 16 – 18 Yrs, we acquire our educational qualifications which is recognised by world
3.   Training – Once we start our occupation either as employee or Own business we need to acquire specific Knowledge/Skills/Attitude to perform our responsibilities and achieve desire results.
                                            
In our body Mind and spirit system
Body – has brain which acquire knowledge and develop the mind which is unique.
Body has organs to perform – which act as per skill acquired which is also unique.
Body – Mind system has Intellect, memory and ego which is again unique.
That is how every person is unique in his nature and personality.
Attitude of any person is  internal behaviour depends upon his thoughts and emotions to a specific task, situation and people in contact. If we understand this entire system based on our level of existence then we have 7 level of existence . They are
Body / Breathe / Mind / Intellect / Memory / Ego / Spirit
These existence have to be kept healthy and operational . As stated above these mechanism are developing abilities on individuals to sustain the system . To keep these existence in perfect order, one needs to learn Astang Yoga , practice it  & keep himself  
Healthy 
Peaceful   &
Blissful
State for optimum results or outcome
