Five steps to feel – “ Healthy, Wealthy and Happy ”

1.       Step 1. Knowing  : Human being : It consist of two elements  Human + Being .

·         Human _  Body
·         Being    _  Existence in simple word ( I) self . Now proceed to second step and understand the needs or requirements of human being for survival

Both the requirements are different . One needs to understand clearly and feel them separately and realise

Important: Body and Self are Co-existence 

2.       Step 2. Requirements of Body : Needs to

Ø  Protect – Food, shelter, clothing , comfort etc...
Ø  Nurture – Proper or balance diet, right environment, care and concern
Ø  Right Utilisation – Judicious or right utilisation of resources available for protection and nurturing and comfort. This will give  feeling of Be - prosperous. ( Very important step) .

3.       Step 3. Requirements of self : Right understanding & Right feelings. It always needs to be feel oneself or other human being: Important values in relationship with self and other human being

ü  Trust  - Trust worthy , dependence, loyalty ............. Foundation value
ü  Respect – Respectful , Attention ......
ü  Affection
ü  Care and concern
ü  Guidance and support
ü  Reverence – Unconditional trust and nurturing
ü  Glory – be proud of
ü  Gratitude – thankfulness , a gesture of kindness
ü  Love – A complete value

After making oneself familiar  and  verifying step 1, step 2 & step 3 . Proceed for next

4.       Step 4. Observe oneself / Self realisation  : Very important step to observe the reality of our own world . There are three stages of our living. One may be

a.       Un resourceful / Un happy / & Deprive ( feeling of having not enough )
To become resourceful one put effort and acquire Knowledge, Skills & learn attitude and established a competence to become either of one category , which needs to be carefully observed and feel.
b.      Resourceful / Un happy / & deprive or
c.       Resourceful / Happy / & Prosperous ( the feeling of having more than enough )
Desired level  of living . The ultimate goal  to be healthy , wealthy and happy.

5.       Step 5. Fulfilment -  Right Understanding , Right feelings and Right utilisation  are the important aspects one need to understand .

ü  Understand the nature – Earth / Plant and trees/animals and birds/human being. How they differ in nature
Earth – it remain always
Plant and trees – it remains and grow
Animals and birds – it remains , grow and desire to live or survive
Human being – it remains, grow and desire to live/survive happily always

ü  Realise the situation of oneself  in step 4 either a, b, or c

ü  Desired step is c i.e. Resourceful / Happy / and Prosperous . One can achieve the situation c with right understanding of step 1 and 2  in relationship with self others in family , society and nature – how to maintain harmony .

Transforming life programmes - Important Practices

I attended couple of training programmes in last 6-7 months in Bangalore. The main focus of these programmes was  “ Transforming life ” mean a healthy, wealthy and happy living in harmony among

Ø  Self (I)
Ø  family,
Ø  society
Ø  nature .

I would like to share my understanding and practices after these programmes and its impact . Foundation of programmes were to   – Empower  self with right understanding of mind principles  and its functioning. Following two basic equations formed the concept  in one of the training

1.       T + F = V   i. e.  { T- Thoughts , F – Feelings and V – Vibration (frequency) }
2.       E+ R = O  i. e.   { E – events , R – response/reaction , O – Outcome (Result) }

Human being , when we separate it  : Human + Being
Human is the body – Brain the physical identity or hardware responsible for storage of information and communication to the body limbs , resulting action and desired result
b.      Being is the consciousness or self – Mind responsible for thoughts, feelings based on observation of people, events and circumstances , decision making .........

Body consist of seven main functional systems . The specific state of mind ensure proper functioning of these systems ,  resulting good health , wealth and happiness in one’s life :

Ø  Endocrine system – A blissful state of mind
Ø  Nervous system – A truthful , Knowledgeful ,  honest state of mind
Ø  Respiratory system – A peaceful state of mind – silence and smile 
Ø  Circulatory system – A loveful  state of mind – kindness, compassion, benevolence
Ø  Digestive System – A happy and joyful state of mind – gratitude, reverence, glory
Ø  Reproductive system – A  Pure, peaceful , fearless mind & body
Ø  Excretory system – A powerful and stable state of mind

Mind gives information to the brain and brain in turn operates these systems and individuals gets a  powerful immune system,  responsible for right perception, thinking, remembering and communicating . The following steps in mind decides a better living.
