Some of the examples are :

Reasons may be :

Ergonomics - Science of Man – Machine relationship

In Today’s developing world of Science & Technology – Ergonomics play a very important role in Man – Machine combination in terms of human comfort , efficiency and safety.

Ergonomics – a Greek words – Ergon – meaning – work & nomos – meaning law
The dictionary defines ergonomics – The applied science of equipment design as for the workplace, intended to maximize productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort.

I remember my childhood days of activities at home ( around 40-50 years ago ). Ergonomics was integral part of activities keeping every one healthy , without fatigue and stress or body discomfort. Today’s common problem are :

ü  Neck pain
ü  Obesity
ü  Head ache
ü  Back pain
ü  Knee pain
ü  Eye strain
ü  Body pain
Etc.....................
I think this is the result of carelessness or unawareness of self

Parents at home used to advise on very small – small activities like .......

ü  How to sit, while studying
ü  How to sit , while eating food
ü  How to stand and walk
ü  How to eat food
ü  How to lift weight
Mother at home used to cook food -  In sitting posture / use of hand grinder/ mixer etc which takes care of proper posture while working as well as proper physical exercise of body limbic system.

Managing ergonomics: One needs to be little bit aware of body postures -  a balance of body and physical action to be maintained properly with common sense and awareness .

After effect – a lesson to make correction

An effect has a cause. Normally, we focus and work on effect and temporarily get relief of the problem . Total solution lies on removal of root cause.

After effect – mean an effect persisting even after its cause has gone.

Effect still persist even after removal of the cause , mean one need to take more precautions and care
To understand the meaning of After effect more deeply , let us focus some of the examples:

Cause                                             Effect
ü  Natural calamities                            Destruction
ü  Rash driving                                    Accident
ü  Negligence                                      Accident
ü  Violation of safety rule                   Accident
ü  Terrorism /Riot                               Destruction

     etc.................................

As per cause and effect theory every cause is also an effect and every cause has an effect. E.g.

Consider Natural calamities as an effect  –  There are causes for natural calamities ( need to be analysed )

Consider Natural calamities as a cause  – There is effect – which is visible in the form of destruction

After effect is inevitable for any cause or effect. It needs to be focused and corrective steps required to  minimise or eliminate the causes..........................
