Continual – Moving towards perfection

Meaning: Forming a sequence in which the same action or event is repeated frequently

Synonyms: Repeated, frequent, everlasting ,  ..................etc...

I came across this term in a ISO training session.
Trainer asked a question: What is difference between Continual & Continuous ?

Continuous – without interval
Continual – Continue with constant interval  or in other word – step by step

A term used very frequently  “ take a pause ” why ? just wait, look back and move further.
Similarly ..............step by step is ................

“Continual ”   which moves  towards  perfection & lead towards sustainable result.
Very important terms applicable to day to day activities either at home or workplace. Every one is looking towards sustainability. Continuous may be tiresome, boredom one need to take pause therefore a continual efforts may bring confidence and long lasting results.
