A Natural Guide – “ Position ”

Meaning – A particular way in which someone or something is placed or arranged.

Idea came to my mind , when driver in OLA cab was setting  destination in “ GPS ”

 GPS, which stands for Global Positioning System, is a radio navigation system that allows land, sea, and airborne users to determine their exact location, velocity, and time 24 hours a day, in all weather conditions, anywhere in the world.

In one of the discourse of “ Prajapita Brahma Kumaries Iswariya Viswavidyalaya ” a Sr. Teacher used the word  GPS while explaining the power of Godly qualities : In Hindi language

G – stand for “ Gyan ”  meaning  Knowledge

P – stand for “ Pyar ” meaning Love

S – stand for “ Shakti ” meaning Power

In an Organisation different positions are defined. Each positions has competence requirements. When  I compared these aspect of position with above two examples of GPS

I concluded the following :

Positions are filled with  Executives ( Human being) to discharge duties and responsibilities of a particular position.

Like GPS – Each  positions provide direction to achieve task or goals  set by Organisation .

Each person needs to have qualities like another GPS ie Knowledge, Love and Power.

Success of organisation depends upon how accurately  these two GPS are used by Executives holding the Positions.  

Objective of this article was to just  create an awareness , how one can use the knowledge acquired from different sources to one’s practical life.

Creating destiny – A practice of repetition

There is a saying –“ Practice makes man perfect ” or we may say “ Practice makes perfect ”

One need to do practice of repetition for creating  destiny

Therefore  “ Watch ” daily one’s

Repetitive action becomes Habit  and habit becomes character  &

Character is Destiny   &  destiny is Life

Better the destiny better the life

Keep away clutters - Be Effective and Efficient

Dictionary meaning :

Clutter – A collection of things lying about in an untidy state  -  mess up, jumble , litter, disarrange 

.......etc.....

A common sense approach –  Wait , Watch and Act. “ WWA – Strategy ” may help in the management of clutters.

Clutters in an Individual life may be categories in two categories

At home  - as well -  At work place

·         Mental  -  Un-necessary , unorganised & Negative thoughts in mind

·         Physical – Un- necessary  items , Carelessness towards managing essentials

 Mental – Clutters may exhaust the energy and create stress in mind, which reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of individual. Study says 60-70 % energy just wasted in clutters of mind. One should just apply WAA strategy and keep himself away from clutters .

Physical – At home or at work place . A simple principle of house keeping

“ There is a place for every thing and every thing in its place ”

Even physical clutters also affect the mind and reduces efficiency and effectiveness of  an Individual.

 At home – Things lying in an un-organised way may create unnecessary stress and  wastage of time.

 

At office – Files , papers, even data management in Computer needs attention to avoid clutters.

Apply WWA strategy and -  Keep away clutters  –  be effective & efficient .

Monopoly - vs - Competition

During the period 1950 – 60 ’s when Government took initiative and established  Public Sector Companies , Regional  & National Institutions  to meet the economics & social requirements of the country.

That was the right decision of the time. Lots of employment opportunities and quality education available to common people.

Monopolies trade practices were introduced for sustainable development and growth.

In 80’s onward to sustain the countries economical and technological growth Govt. Open doors to the world and Globalisation and Liberalisation era of economic development  started .

Lots of  Multinational Companies , Technology transfer &  Industrial collaboration initiated by Govt. Private Institutions for professional education encouraged to meet the fast growing need of educated and skilled professionals.

Monopolies  trade practices needs to change the business practices in competitive environment for survival and growth. Competition  broke  the monopolies and benefits to the consumers and  leads sustainable industrial development.

Monopolies and competition need to go together for benefits of people ,  growth and development of the Nation.

“Manipulation” a common practice of manipulating some or other action, activities, data, information for adjustment or other reasons.

Manipulations may be categories in following ways ......

·         Negative

·         Oral

·         Written

Positive  manipulation is an error adjustment , without any loss or damage of system procedure and well known to all concerned.

Negative manipulation may be some thing controlling for own advantage often unfairly or dishonestly.

 positive & negative manipulations may be oral or written

For any effect – there is a  symptom or an advance alert. It is true for any  physical change of existence.

Who am I ? I am – spirit or soul . Body is governed by soul i.e. Journey from

There is a Supreme soul – all souls belongs to this infinite source of love, happiness, treasure, peace, prosperity ..................etc................

A simple escape – Ignorance

 

A commonly use  word - Ignorance  adj : Ignorant ,

Meaning – lack of knowledge or lack of awareness.........................

Occasionally , knowingly or unknowingly we become ignorant ,  out of fear or sometime intentionally . It is an easy escape to situation not favourable or unpleasant . Sometimes it may be useful or work well but it is not a healthy practice.

How to avoid ignorance ? few tips ......

Learning Experience –“ Book – The Secret ”

Some where in the year 2006 , one of my friend suggested to read the book –“ The Secret ” by Rhonda Byrne

When I turned  the page , saw the following lines by author :

“ Dedicated to you

May The Secret bring you love and

Joy for your entire existence

That is my intension for you,

And for the world. ”

Which has attracted me –“ When intensions are good – things start happening easily in life”

I have gone through entire book more than 4-5 times as on date and also saw the video. In couple of occasion I listen to people quoting “ Law of attraction” and story of  “Aladdin and his lamp”

It was like a magic to me – My mind started working and I could integrate the learning to my previous knowledge and similar experiences. Before reading this book I read couple of books  related to Mind Power and also attended Training – workshop on Mind Power ..............etc..........still journey is on. In one of the chapters 3 powerful steps simplify the entire extract :

1.       Ask  - Basically setting the Goals/ Objectives – it may be personal/professional ................

2.       Believe  - Once you have believe within you and in the systems , you start realising your goals/objectives ie the step 3

3.       Receive – It is success

Entire book divided into 10 powerful chapters to explain the entire concept with live examples and experiences of world renowned speakers / authors and successful personalities.

It is worth reading this book  once in life time and integrate  learning , experiences to self for better results.
