Fitness Basics –“ Spine care ”

I got an opportunity to attend a “ Spine Care” programme organised by AOL at Bangalore. Programme was facilitated by well trained &  experienced teachers , Doctors by profession.

“ Back Bone a vital component of human body was the focussed element of the whole programme”

Biological importance of spine was explained.

Backbone is the powerhouse of entire body system supporting trunk and involved in every movement of head, arms and legs. The spinal vertebrae and the muscles surrounding work together to maintain back’s natural curves, to absorb the force of gravity and the body weight, also help upper body bend, twist and turn. Back and spine also protect spinal cord which travel down from brain.

Main thrust was on aligning the deformed spine of participants. Immediate relief  experienced by all the Participants. Different technique demonstrated and practiced  for day to day routine with full awareness of spine care like ..................

Ø  How to sit
Ø  How to stand
Ø  How to sleep
Ø  How to walk
Ø  How to work
Ø  How to lift weight
Ø  How to take care of spine and other joints etc.....

One must aware & learn the skill to take care this vital element – “Spinal cord ”

Visible & Invisible

A simple understanding one have about visible & Invisible is – Any thing which is ............

a.       Visible -  which can be seen physically
b.      Non visible – which can not be seen physically

Human being have  components visible and Invisible

Body –  Physically Visible – A human hardware in the language of computer science
ü  Exist with food – water – air
ü  Mechanism of perception of outside world & action

Mind - Intellect/Memory/Ego -  consisting software, memory
ü  Exist with knowledge, power, happiness, purity, love, bliss & peace
ü  Mechanism of feeling emotions, thinking thoughts & will power to perform & Change

Spirit – An Invisible source which governs  Mind & Body
Individual impact, influence or output depends upon qualities and quantity of inputs responsible for existence.

Subjective approach with objective adjustment is the survival strategy  or in other words

Adjustment of Visible and Invisible .
