Simplifying fitness – A fitness triangle concept

 







I uploaded couple of videos on youtube about fitness triangle concept – under the heading – Simple Practice for fitness – personal experience series.

Human fitness as per my personal understanding is having three important aspects of fitness as

1.       Physical  - Need of body – that is protection, nurturing and right utilisation

2.       Mental  - Righ understanding of the self

3.       Emotional – Right feelings in both body and self ( Its physical expressions as well internal talk)

All combined is Fitness Consciousness – Resourceful, happy and prosperous

There are various connected concept related to physical , emotional and mental aspects. Couple of them I am listing here for the benefits of people at large. Also suggest viewer of blog to visit my youtube channel for more details: udaiwal songs :

Few examples:

A.      In learning, education and training : We use term Knowledge, Skills and Attitude in competence building.

Physical – Skill one can learn to perform , where physical fitness is important

Mental – Knowledge enhancement i.e. Right understanding  and enabling to perform rightly i.e. mental fitness.

Emotional – Attitude – Its is internal conditions , feeling which reflect on human behaviour outside i.e. emotional fitness – right feelings gives right behaviour

B.      Alignment of Thoughts, words and Action

Thoughts relates to  mental fitness

Words relates to emotional fitness

Action relates to physical fitness

Like this our fitness is considered as three dimension personality trait. One need to pay attention to all the three aspects.

“A balance is necessary to achieve a goal of happiness and prosperity in living ”

Which brings  harmony in self , family, society and nature – Our existence is coexistence

Personal experience – A common planning concept –  5W1H 







I have come across this concept during my service tenure in one of the  Training Session. This is used while  planning the activities in a work place for effective execution of any task.

W and H letters used here to raise questions

Ø  W – Why – Its very important questions for individuals as well collective in any  management system. Its describe the reasons for doing/performing any task or in other words  objectives / goals....

Ø  W – Whom – Identifying resources

Ø  W – What  – Planning, strategy

Ø  W = When – Time

Ø  W – Where – Place

Ø  H – How = Systems, procedure, support, guidance ....

I applied this concept in a  “ Wellness Community  System ” providing guidance and support to individuals for keeping themselves “ happy and healthy ”  step by step

One need to find the reasons or clarity to visit the community sessions  - Why ?

Whom to approach – Most of the time friends, relatives, social media or some time strangers too

   What is to be discussed, talk  

Where to contact or attend     

When to attend                       

How to process and take benefits – Community facilitate to understand the concept

One  is more interested on result – Individual commitment to follow the system guidelines , believe in community support and coach  are the drivers of success or result .
