Often nature and natural words are commonly used by Individuals. Few examples are illustrated below:

Ø  Natural way of living
Ø  Be with nature.............etc....

Science & Technology makes living easy .
Wikipedia defines :

Science and technology is a topic that encompasses sciencetechnology, and the interactions between the two. Science is a systematic enterprise that builds and organizes knowledge in the form of explanations and predictions about nature and the universeTechnology is the collection of techniques, methods or processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation, or any other consumer demands.

Nature consist 5 elements

ü  Ether ( In common language in hindi we say Akasha tattwa)
ü  Air
ü  Water
ü  Fire ( or Light or Prakash in hindi )
ü  Earth element

Today’s world is facing acute problems of Pollution,  which is resulting
·         Natural calamities like:
Earth quake /Tsunami / Cyclone etc and
·         Man made calamities like:
Air Pollution/ Water pollution/ food pollution/ earth pollution/Riots

Make nature natural a philosophy creates  a noble thoughts to save nature to become unnatural.
Repetitive noble thought become a noble habit. Noble habit creates noble personality and noble personality is noble nature.

Noble human nature is the key to –  Sustainable, peaceful and happy living

Overcome Stress - “ Re - look Change in Life Style ”

Stress is defined by experts as “ A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances”
Or Mathematically,  

Stress = External Pressure / Inner Strength

External pressures ,  resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances . In today’s competitive business world , work  pressure is inevitable, which imbalances the Individuals  “ Work –Life ” causing Stress resulting life style diseases.

Empowering or strengthening mental and emotional state has become essential , which needs life style change or modification with expert advise or self initiative.

Following steps may help :
  • Inculcate good virtues - Love, care and concern
  • Good health - Regular exercise, proper diet, adequate sleep
  • Maintain peaceful state of mind

An easy path is to learn “ Yogic way of life ” in any easy approachable Institute or local yoga centre. A small change in Life Style will definitely strengthen inner power resulting stress free, productive, happy state of mind.

I have experienced “ Raj Yoga ” a free 7days session by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Iswariya Viswavidyalaya” local centre may be easily located in google map or website: www.brahmakumaris.org  . Very effective, simple , easy to learn and practice.

Definite Life Style change, brings peace of mind  - “ a stress free life style ”.
