An important alert – Be aware of “Emotions”

Dictionary says:  Emotion : as A strong feeling such as love or anger , or strong feelings in general. 

Management experts talk of three important quotient of personalities :  

Ø  IQ – Intelligent Quotient

Ø  EQ – Emotional Quotient

Ø  SQ – Spiritual Quotient

Tests are conducted to analyse the %  for better understanding of these human strengths.

ü  IQ  -  Power of mind  - mind signifies the analytical strength

ü  EQ – Power of heart  - signifies the emotional strength

ü  SQ – Power of soul – signifies the spiritual strength

Perceptions create thoughts and emotions which decides human action/reactions for results in one’s life .

In the language of science:

·         Thought is Potential energy within

·         Emotion is Energy in motion or kinetic energy

Spiritual  energy balances the potential and kinetics of humanity and creates an awareness, alertness for positive results. A self introspection is necessary for proper balance.

Daily practice of  “Ancient yoga or Raj - yog ” enriches potential and kinetics of humanity and brings  balance, alertness and awareness.
