Managing out of way – “Manipulation ”

“Manipulation” a common practice of manipulating some or other action, activities, data, information for adjustment or other reasons.

Manipulations may be categories in following ways ......

·         Positive

·         Negative

·         Oral

·         Written

Positive  manipulation is an error adjustment , without any loss or damage of system procedure and well known to all concerned.

Negative manipulation may be some thing controlling for own advantage often unfairly or dishonestly.

 positive & negative manipulations may be oral or written  

 Manipulation may be out of :

ü  fear ,

ü  ignorance,

ü  ulterior motive  

ü  Lack of information ........etc........

As per as possible one should avoid manipulation and be fair and firm in dealings
