Your body posture, tone, facial expressions shows your reaction towards discipline.

Every one wants to be Healthy, Wealthy and Happy

·         Good physical health – Requires discipline of food habits, exercise routine, sleep,  etc..........
·         To be wealthy – Requires discipline of good business practices, expenditure , saving  etc .......
·         To be happy -  Requires self discipline, relationship, behaviour etc..............

Discipline is a very common human behavioural aspect and every one  is familiar with benefits and consequences. The purpose is just to create  a self reminder
