We can feel & sense

Ø  Air,

Ø  Light ,  but can not see it all

These are all forms of energy. Similarly Spirit can not be seen only one can experience it within, therefore it is also a form of energy within human , that is why it is known as

I could experienced spirituality in real sense, when I attended One week Raj-Yog session by Prajapita Brahma Kumaries Viswavidyalaya.

Who am I ? I am – spirit or soul . Body is governed by soul i.e. Journey from

There is a Supreme soul – all souls belongs to this infinite source of love, happiness, treasure, peace, prosperity ..................etc................

In Raj-Yog meditation Soul experiences Supreme soul presence  , a unlimited source of all existence
