Experiential learning – An effective and easy way to enhance capabilities

Experiential meaning – Involving or based on experience and observation.

Very truly  said “ Experience is the teacher of all thing ”

Learning starts with involvement as rightly mentioned in above quote by Benjamin Franklin a famous scientist. We learn from our Parents – Most of the time they involve us in activities and we learn and never forget in our life. How mother teaches daughter by involving her in all domestic activities like cooking, house keeping , relationship etc .....and develop her as a  perfect home maker.

Experiential learning is very important in professional career building too – I started my career as an Engineer and still remember my initial days when I used to work with full involvements in Plant which has resulted a very effective and smooth career path.

During service tenure , I also involved myself in other areas of operations and developed capabilities to work in areas (other than my basic domain) like ..........

This is just a small  illustration of real life .  There are so many successful examples across the world , which gives us direction and motivation to develop a successful career path in life with Experiential learning.
