I attended couple of training programmes in last 6-7 months
in Bangalore. The main focus of these programmes was “ Transforming life ” mean a healthy, wealthy and
happy living in harmony among

nature .
I would like to share my understanding and practices after
these programmes and its impact . Foundation of programmes were to –
Empower self with right understanding of
mind principles and its functioning.
Following two basic equations formed the concept in one of the training
1.
T + F = V i. e.
{ T- Thoughts , F – Feelings and V – Vibration (frequency) }
2.
E+ R = O i. e.
{ E – events , R – response/reaction , O – Outcome (Result) }
Human being , when we separate it : Human + Being
Human is the body –
Brain the physical identity or hardware responsible for storage of information
and communication to the body limbs , resulting action and desired result

Being is the
consciousness or self – Mind responsible for thoughts, feelings based on
observation of people, events and circumstances , decision making .........
Body consist of seven main
functional systems . The specific state of mind ensure proper functioning of
these systems , resulting good health ,
wealth and happiness in one’s life :

Endocrine system – A
blissful state of mind

Nervous system – A
truthful , Knowledgeful , honest state
of mind

Respiratory system –
A peaceful state of mind – silence and smile

Circulatory system –
A loveful state of mind – kindness,
compassion, benevolence

Digestive System – A
happy and joyful state of mind – gratitude, reverence, glory

Reproductive system –
A Pure, peaceful , fearless mind &
body

Excretory system – A
powerful and stable state of mind
Mind gives information to the
brain and brain in turn operates these systems and individuals gets a powerful immune system, responsible for right perception, thinking,
remembering and communicating . The following steps in mind decides a better
living.
