Empowering self – “ To become change agent for others ”

Most of my articles in blog are focussed on Self Development. I believe in a philosophy “ All development starts with self development ” . When I attended Couple of programmes on Self Development – awareness  organised by various Institutions like :

Ø  Yoga Institute, Shantacruz, Mumbai

Ø  Brahma Kumaries

Ø  Art of Living

Ø  IIM, Kolkata etc........

Almost in every Institutes the focus was on self.

Opportunities and supports one gets in Learning , Education and Training  makes a lot difference in one’s acquisition and development of

ü  Attitude

Individuals interest, participation also play an important role as well.

Time available is same for every one on this planet earth – how one utilises decides one’s place in family, society, nation & internationally.
