Mostly, there
is no clear answer. Lots of information in Social Media and other sources
available. Only challenge is to implement in our living: healthy and happy.

A Health and Wellness Coach is a person who guide and help to improve health, vitality,
and well-being by engaging in Community activities that have been proven to improve health and
prevent disease including weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress coping,
sleep, mind-body and positive psychology interventions.
