An Equation for all solutions – “ 3C+TM ”

 

This equation is my personal understanding,  based on learning & practical experiences of professional career. “ 3C + TM ” stands for :

Ø  1^st C – For Consultancy            -          Consultant

Ø  2^nd C – for Counselling            -           Counsellor

Ø  3^rd C – for Coaching &            -           Coach

Ø  T – Stands for Training             -           Trainer/ Mentor

 

1.      A person who provide consultancy is designated as “Consultant ”

One who provide solutions  by asking questions to the client or collect information through structured questionnaire or meeting.

 

2.      A person who provide counselling is designated as “ Counsellor ”

One who provide solutions by making clients aware of problems thru discussions,   suggesting options  

 

3.      A person who provide coaching is designated as “ Coach ”

One who provide solutions by helping  and enabling the client to think and decide action for the results.  

 

4.      A person who provide training is designated as “ Trainer/ Mentor ”

One who provide training to the client and enabling him towards solution.

It helps me to understand the concept and moving towards solutions in different available options.
