Human fitness as per my personal understanding is having three important aspects of fitness as
1.
Physical - Need of body – that is protection, nurturing
and right utilisation
2.
Mental - Righ understanding of the self
3.
Emotional – Right feelings
in both body and self ( Its physical expressions as well internal talk)
All combined is
Fitness Consciousness – Resourceful, happy and prosperous
There are
various connected concept related to physical , emotional and mental aspects. Couple

Few examples:
A. In learning, education and training : We use term
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude in competence building.
Physical – Skill one can learn to perform , where physical fitness is important
Mental – Knowledge enhancement i.e. Right understanding and enabling to perform rightly i.e. mental fitness.
Emotional – Attitude – Its is internal conditions , feeling which reflect on human behaviour outside i.e. emotional fitness – right feelings gives right behaviour
B. Alignment of Thoughts, words and Action
Thoughts relates to mental fitness
Words relates to emotional fitness
Action relates to physical fitness
Like this our fitness is considered as three dimension personality trait. One need to pay attention to all the three aspects.
