Today I was fortunate to watch live TV programme on National
Channel - Launching of “ Fit India Movement ” by honourable
Prime Minister . I saw the introductory programme clips and listened to the
inspirational views of honourable PM. While watching clips I recollected my
childhood days of routine life style at home and school. Some of the practices
were :

Early to bed early
to rise practice
Ø
Morning walk
Ø
Regular cycling
Ø
Physical games with
friends
Ø
Regular PT and games
at school
Ø
Going 10KM school by
walk
Almost all games shown on clips were part of our routine –
like kho kho, kanche, guli danda, kabaddi, etc......
Every one dreams of good health, wealth and happiness in life. A fitness movement is whole life moment and a life style change needs to be looked by
each one of us as rightly said by PM.
Initiative like Clean
India, International day of yoga .........are some of the steps already taken by Govt to uplift the health, wealth and happiness of
the people at large. I compiled couple of articles in the blog and you tube
videos based on my personal experience.
Let us join the movement and move towards a Fit India – With healthy ,
wealthy & happy people, family & society.
