Stress is defined by experts as “ A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances”
Or Mathematically,  

Stress = External Pressure / Inner Strength

External pressures ,  resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances . In today’s competitive business world , work  pressure is inevitable, which imbalances the Individuals  “ Work –Life ” causing Stress resulting life style diseases.

Empowering or strengthening mental and emotional state has become essential , which needs life style change or modification with expert advise or self initiative.

Following steps may help :
  • Inculcate good virtues - Love, care and concern
  • Good health - Regular exercise, proper diet, adequate sleep
  • Maintain peaceful state of mind

An easy path is to learn “ Yogic way of life ” in any easy approachable Institute or local yoga centre. A small change in Life Style will definitely strengthen inner power resulting stress free, productive, happy state of mind.
