Self empowering - Be an Idealistic

Idealistic word itself “ Empowered ”  one’s to be an optimist, reformer or a visionary .

Dictionary defines : Idealistic is  “ A person who cherishes or pursues high or noble principles, purpose, goal etc.............”

Walt Disney’s strategy defines : Three state of human mind

Ø  The Dreamer     - What do one  wants to achieve ?

Ø  The Realist          - How one plan to get it ?

Ø  The Critic             - What can stop one’s to get desired outcome?

 Idealistic mind set in all the three states as defined in Disney’s strategy  empowers  self  to achieve the desired results.

An idealistic state is non negotiable and straight forward approach with well defined objectives . Every action followed with clear understanding and emotions .
