Align NLP with Yoga – A simple way to achieve desired result

NLP was a very new concept for me and ,  I was looking for a right Institution and opportunity . Somewhere in the month Jan,2014 I got an opportunity to attend “ NLP Practitioner  workshop ” with  NLP academy , Bangalore(India) - A well known Institution.

As a regular  Yoga Practitioner  since last 25 years , I could easily relate and integrate my learning with NLP concepts.

NLP is based on following four steps:

1.      Outcome
2.      Action
3.      Awareness
4.      Flexibility

Human being has In built mechanism for action and to achieve desire results.  

a.      Body
b.      Mind
c.       Spirit

Regular  Yoga practice keeps

Ø  Body – healthy
Ø  Mind – Peaceful
Ø  Spirit – Blissful

Means a regular yoga practitioner naturally, remain alert, aware, peaceful, blissful, flexible, happy, loveable, positive , healthy, hopeful and able to align his/her

“ Thoughts – words – Action ”

ü  Neuro system – responsible for creation of  right thoughts
ü  Linguistic system – responsible for right verbal and non verbal actions & reactions
ü  Programming – structure for  desired outcome.....................................................


“ Knowledge is power in action” – Right knowledge -  Right action -  Right result  – Align ancient yoga with modern nlp for success.
