A step at home programme – “ Empowering mind ”

In my previous article I focussed on Learning, Education & Training of “ Mind Power ” one needs to think on this aspects from the early age of a child. One may initiate the process with  - “ A step at home programme” . Programme guidelines prepared  based on author’s personal experience and learning.

Objective : To  realise the importance of self awareness , power of mind & practice of empowering .

A.      Self study and preparation – Books/Internet/Support of family and friends

1.       Basic knowledge and awareness of body parts , structure, functioning and methods for keeping healthy.
Know the right food and exercises
2.       Basic knowledge and  awareness of Mind, Intellect, Memory & Ego
Know effective uses of
a.       Mechanism of perception 
b.      Mechanism of thinking
c.       Mechanism of remembering
d.      Mechanism of communication
3.       Know your spirit – Basic awareness and knowledge of self
Know the basic qualities of self or spirit
a.       Knowledge
b.      Purity
c.       Love
d.      Peace
e.      Happiness
f.        Blissfulness
g.       Inner power

B.      External support : After this basic awareness one may enhance the competence of mind  through external training programmes like

a.       NLP programme
b.      Mind power programme of any reputed Institute
c.       Yoga programme by any reputed Institute
d.      Happiness programme of Art of living
e.      Rajyog – Self development  programme of Brahma Kumaries  etc.......

  1. Your blog is very informative. Eating mindfully has been very hard for people these days. It's all because of their busy schedules, work or lack of focus on themselves. As a student I must admit that I have not been eating mindfully but because of this I will start now. It could help me enjoy my food and time alone. Eating mindfully may help me be aware of healthy food and appreciating food.opleiding spiritualiteit
