Very common quote every one aware of it “ Practice makes perfect ”. Simple daily good practices forms one’s good habits, which in language of human
psychology –
mind develops an unconscious competence

Adopt ten simple good practices and form good habits –
moving towards desired results
1.
“Early to bed –
early to rise” – make a practice to get up 5am in the morning. Research also
says (5-6 hours)of sound sleep is enough for an adult ( just an example)
2.
Take warm
water with or without lemon ( if possible) 1-2 glasses ( 10-15 min )
3.
Stretch body and
move for getting fresh/bath – ( 30 min )
4. Morning walk at least for (30 min )daily if possible.
5.
Do simple
stretching, bending, rotation, breathing and meditation – ( 30 min )
6.
Read motivational or good relevant knowledge book for( 15 minutes) daily, make key
notes on personal diary for reference .
( Activities 1 to 6 on an average 1.5 to 2 hours daily ) one
may decides timings as per office hours or business timings etc )
7.
Review daily
activities and make plans for next day before sleep – at least (1 hours )
8.
Visualise activities
and plan for (30 minutes) – This is some short of practical meditation
9.
Read books/papers
related to profession at least (1 hour) before going for sleep
10.
Pray almighty for (10
minutes) just before going to sleep.
( Activities 7 to 10 on an
average 2.5 to 3 hours ) total time for activites 1 -10 = 5 hours
Time available 24 hours

Spare time - 1 hours ( may decide based
on priority or may be utilised in learning some creative skills like music,

one may schedule/reschedule based on one’s activities and priorities. Important is developing good habits which keeps one’s
body, mind and spirit in good natural state.
