Human Mechanics – “ Making difference”

Origin of all mechanics are human mechanics. “Efficiency and Effectiveness” are two common parameters of general assessment. Human mechanics consists of 3 basics components namely:

·         Body
·         Mind
·         Soul

 Common Input , Output & Processing devices available within the body as
ü  Input devices – Five sense organs
ü  Output devices – Five Motor organs

ü  Processing devices consisting seven systems...............

                                I.            Nervous system –  for knowledge
                              II.            Immune system –  for Purity
                            III.            Circulatory system – for care,concern, love and affections
                            IV.            Respiratory system – for peace and harmony
                              V.            Digestive system – for pleasure & happiness
                            VI.            Hormones system – for balancing
                          VII.            Muscular system – for Strength & sustainability

Quality , Quantity, Nature, Types & Interest  of Inputs decides the process efficiency and effectiveness. Variation in Inputs causes the differences. 

 This is how  “ Human Mechanics – Making difference ”  and one’s changes personality

Filling the gap – Underdeveloped to Developed – A small journey – moving forward

While surfing on internet I came across a website world - atlas/Wikipedia and gathered some of the statistics on world population, just for an illustration purpose........

ü  Nos of countries – 194
ü  World total population is  = 7.30 billions
ü  About 6 countries contributes – 3.7 billons i.e.  50% of total population
ü  About 20 countries contributes – 6.57 billons i.e. 90% of total population
ü  Rest 174 countries contributes – 0.73 billons i.e.  10% of total population

Activities by the people for the people across the world are having focus on various front like: 

Ø  Social reform
Ø  Spirituality
Ø  Businesses
Ø  Wellness
Ø  Happiness
Ø  Defence
Ø  Sharing and caring
Ø  Survival and safety etc......

Two major criteria differentiate the world status are :

ü  Prosperity
ü  Poverty

And countries are categorised as :

·         Developed countries
·         Developing countries
·         Underdeveloped countries

 Globalisation , Liberalisation , One world one family ........and  so many other initiatives , strategies, policies, are formed by

Ø  Governments
Ø  NGOs
Ø  Social and spiritual organisations

 to make the world a peaceful place, where all the people may live a healthy, wealthy and happy life
Organisations having common goals and objectives needs to work in synergy & higher purpose of humanity for sustainability and survival. A simple mathematical calculation to understand the practical approach on certain assumptions may be:

ü  On an average one family consist 4 members
ü  Therefore, worldwide nos of families would be: 1.83  billion
ü  Families in 20 countries contributing 90% population would be: 1.64 billions
ü  Rest of the world (174countries) families would be : 0.18 billion
ü  If all Organisations join hands and have 0.1 billion energetic reformers working for each families
ü  It works out – Each reformers contributes to  20 families (one family consist 4 members)
ü  Educating family members their roles and responsibilities as per existing status country wide  


&  minimise the gap of prosperity and poverty between“ Developed – Developing – Underdeveloped ” countries  creating  a peaceful environment for healthy, wealthy and happy living and ensure:

Each families needs of : Food/Clothing/Shelter/Education/Medical services fulfilled.

Various initiative and plans are already in place by world’s Political, business, spiritual, social, and other leaders. This is ..............

A very natural desire one’s always seeks some one to praise, appreciate, claps ........................In today’s era of high tech Internet - In social media, websites , various means available for one’s to know more and more about self like ........

Ø  What is meaning of my name

It is always good to know and have self assessment for necessary correction.
Inner "I” is the witness of one’s thoughts, words & action. Be honest in self assessment. Management & Psychology experts uses the term “ Masking” . Every human has a mask which hides one’s real face. “Masking - A manner or expression that hides one's true character or feelings

Ten success practices - creating natural habits for “ better living ”

Very common quote every one aware of it “ Practice makes perfect ”. Simple daily good practices forms  one’s good habits, which in language of human psychology – mind develops an unconscious competence

ü  Good habits – Good results
ü  Bad habits – Bad results

Adopt ten simple good practices and form good habits – moving towards desired results

1.       “Early to bed – early to rise” – make a practice to get up 5am in the morning. Research also says (5-6 hours)of sound sleep is enough for an adult ( just an example)
2.       Take warm water with or without lemon ( if possible)  1-2 glasses  ( 10-15 min )
3.       Stretch body and move for getting fresh/bath – ( 30 min )
4.        Morning walk at least for (30 min )daily if possible.
5.       Do simple stretching, bending, rotation, breathing and meditation – ( 30 min )
6.       Read  motivational or good relevant knowledge book for( 15 minutes) daily, make key notes on personal diary for reference .

( Activities 1 to 6 on an average 1.5 to 2 hours daily ) one may decides timings as per office hours or business timings etc )

7.       Review daily activities and make plans for next day before sleep – at least (1 hours )
8.       Visualise activities and plan for (30 minutes) – This is some short of practical meditation
9.       Read books/papers related to profession at least (1 hour) before going for sleep
10.   Pray almighty for (10 minutes) just before going to sleep.

( Activities 7 to 10 on an average 2.5 to 3 hours ) total time for activites 1 -10 = 5 hours

Time available 24 hours

Ø  Sleep                             –  6 hours
Ø  Activities 1 – 10         –  5 hours 
Ø  With family                 -  2 hours
Ø  Office /Business       - 10 hours
Ø  Spare time                  - 1 hours ( may decide based on priority or may be utilised in learning some creative skills like music, painting..........etc....)

This is just an illustration , one may schedule/reschedule based on one’s activities and priorities. Important is developing good habits which keeps one’s body, mind and spirit in good natural state.

·         Body – nature is to be healthy
·         Mind – nature is to be in peace
·         Spirit – nature is to be blissful

World best opportunities are available easily to the people through social media and internet as an parallel options for future or to plan better living. Most of the time it becomes difficult for ones  “how to choose the right one”?

Lots of thoughts and questions comes to mind like :

ü  How its going to help me ?
ü  Why should I do it ?
ü  Is it the right choice ?
ü  What is the risk ?
ü  Lack of interest and confidence
ü  Comfort zone..........see later
ü  Lack of trust

Etc.... list is long ...and every one some or other time come across such situations
