A better way of living – Self awareness

Couple of years ago I got an opportunity to attend “ Art of living ” programme. It was an amazing experience of self awareness. Since then I continue practice of knowledge, skills & attitude learnt.

 Some of the key learning :

Ø  Simple exercises and postures
Ø  Unique breathing techniques
Ø  Behavioural & inter personal skills
Ø  Self discipline
Ø  Self realisation
Ø  5 S technique of living – Satsang/ Sewa/Sadhana/Silence/Smile

Believe and facts of living ....................................

ü  Be in present moment
ü  Expectation reduces joy & surprise gives happiness
ü  Accept people & situation as they are
ü  Don’t becomes the football of others opinion
ü  Opposite values are complimentary

Simple practices helps a lot to keep oneself healthy, happy, peaceful, joyous ..............

One must experience once in life – A better way of living  “ Art of living” forever .......
