the making of a judgement about the amount, number, or value of something; assessment.

Evaluation  a natural process of assessment practiced by people in general and professionals in specific , structured way in their activities/projects /performance :

ü  Any events at home .....marriage, birthday or any other function/activities.

ü  Social events at neighbourhood or in society

ü  Employees performance evaluation at work place

ü  Office events or project.......... etc .....

Evaluation helps to know the performance , status so that corrective action may be planned to achieve right results, improvements or outcome.
