“ International day of happiness ” is celebrated on 20^th March every year to make World a happy place to live.

World happiness report – 2017 shows India ranking 122 out of 155 countries across world covered in the report/study. First five countries on main factor supports happiness  - caring, freedom, generosity, honesty, health, income and good governance are:

ü  Denmark

ü  Ice land

ü  Switzerland

ü  Netherlands ...........

Basic requirements needs to be looked after by every community first to bring happiness for every one: Food, shelter, clothing, medical assistance & education. Lots of efforts initiated by every country by the:

·         NGOs

·         Social Organisations

·         Corporate houses or business communities etc..............

As happiness is the state of mind must have an integration with other states of mind like

Dictionary says:  Emotion : as A strong feeling such as love or anger , or strong feelings in general. 

Management experts talk of three important quotient of personalities :
